FunCheapCars.com recently turned one! I know, I know, big deal. But this blog is one of my personal favorites (!), so I thought I'd blast a quick post outlining what we think are some of our highs and lows over the past year of blogging about fun, cheap cars.
So here there are, in (as usual) no particular order:

Low
Remember our "Worst Cars Ever" post? I'd call this a low, even though it was an entertaining read. As a few readers commented, it had been done before (and better) and really had nothing to do with fun cheap cars. Good points all, and we agree...
We'd been trying to recruit writers and bloggers for fun cheap cars, so when our first guest blogger started posting, it was a high:
- New Fun Cheap Cars Contributor: Welcome Dan Crouch...
- Used Car Reviews: Austin Healey Sprite / MG Midget...
When he quit after his first post because his 'real job got too busy...
High
We're not ones to self congratulate, but our editorial on car manufacturers beat most major media outlets to the punch and was (IOHO) bang on:

There were a few more highs, and probably more lows, over the past year, and we'll add more later. But overall, it was a pretty darn good year a FunCheapCars.com.
And I almost forgot to mention: our fun cheap car reviews. Almost 30 car reviews in our first year...not a bad start, but we have plenty more to do...so stay tuned.
